Mass Effect 3: N7 Operation Shieldwall Begins this Weekend

Hey there folks, Atzunew here with some news on the upcoming Mass Effect 3 multiplayer promotion Shieldwall. Last week we failed to earn the global goal of 3,000,000 Banshees but we should persevere and look forward to these upcoming challenges.  BioWare's continued support of the multiplayer is definitely nice to see, and every second week we are getting new, exciting challenges.

This operation has two challenges as always, a global challenge and a squad goal. Also, there is a special circumstance since we failed to complete the last global challenge. This week's global goal is to promote 50,000 characters and the squad goal is to <promote?> 3. The new special circumstance is where Banshees will apparently spawn more frequently in reaper rounds and will even spawn in other enemies' rounds.  This is BioWare's way of saying "Where is your God now?".

You will get the standard rewards for each with an increased amount of rare items within the packs as well. This promotion will go on from Friday, May 25 at 6:00PM PT until Sunday, May 27 at 5:00PM PT. I hope to see you all on so we don't fail this operation like we did last week!

Mass Effect 3: N7 Operation Silencer

Hey there readers, Atzunew here with some of the latest Mass Effect 3 multiplayer news. Today Bioware has announced the latest installment in their popular N7 Operation promotions. This weekend's event is planned to launch on Friday May 11th at 6:00 PM PST and will end on Monday, May 14 at 5:00 PM PST. This operation pits players with two challenges. An extraction in Gold will give players a Commendation Pack and if the global goal of 3,000,000 dead banshees is met then all players will get a Victory Pack.

Something that is more interesting though is a section of a sentence (seen below) that hints at possible vorcha characters in multiplayer. This will give multiplayer a nice face lift in content since vorcha would be a pretty cool race to play as. There is no official word as to whether this is hinting at what is to come or just writing fluff. Hopefully this will come with a couple of other races and classes as well as some new maps.

"The vorcha want in, and as soon as they complete combined-arms training with our technically-skilled personnel, we will let them loose."

PS3 players are now able to enjoy a N7 Operation from start to finish. There is a bug however where the screen doesn't appear but you actually do get to participate. I hope all of you can enjoy the multiplayer promotion as well as participate.

Mass Effect 3: N7 Operation Exorcist Starts Tomorrow

Last week we posted an article detailing that this latest operation in Mass Effect 3 was coming and that Bioware are shifting operations to an every other week schedule. Yesterday we got confirmation as well as more details regarding this N7 op.

In this N7 operation players will have to complete one of two objectives. If globally players achieve one million (1,000,000) Cerberus Phantom kills, all players will receive one (1) Victory Pack. If you are looking for more of a challenge then the second challenge is for you. If you and your squad survive and get extracted successfully from a gold lobby then those players will get one (1) Commendation Pack.

Congratulations go to danstu on our Reddit post who predicted what the goal was. Something I can't stress enough is that if you want to play in a gold lobby, at least have a decently leveled character as well as some experience with teamwork. I can't count how many times we have had people with low level characters holding the team back. This promotion will run from 6:00PM PST, Friday April 27th until 5:00AM PST, Monday April 30th. I hope everyone can help out with this goal in the N7 op, they are plenty of fun so don't miss out. Well, unless you play on a PS3.

Mass Effect 3: N7 Operation Exorcist

How's it hanging readers? Atzunew here back with some information regarding Mass Effect 3's multiplayer. Information has been released from BioWare regarding their popular N7 operation multiplayer promotions. We learn more through both BioWare's Blog and the official Mass Effect 3 Twitter account.

From their blog post we have learned that N7 weekends will now only come every other week.  While it's a little sad that we wont get as many operations we can assure readers that they will be better quality. What I mean by better quality is that we will not get stuck with 25% XP bonuses 3 weeks in a row and most likely more specialized operations.

Details on the specific operations are non-existent right now on what the operations will actually entail. Also, news doesn't look good for PS3 players still, since they might miss out on the N7 operations. Hopefully BioWare can bring these great operations to this neglected platform. Lastly, news will be given out on what this operation is in a week from now, so stay tuned for more information regarding this N7 operation.
