New Dragon Ball Z Movie Teaser & Release Date Announced

As of yesterday, there is now a teaser trailer for the upcoming 2013 self-titled Dragon Ball Z film. Although the teaser doesn't reveal much, it's good to know that this project is moving along, and we were even given the exact date of the Japanese release, March 30th, 2013. Check out the trailer below:

Akira Toriyama
The film is being directed by Mashiro Hosoda, who was an episode director for the original series, as well as for other popular anime series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sailor Moon. If all this isn't enough for you, head over to the official site for the latest announcements and even a message from the original author Akira Toriyama.

AnythingGeek Reviews: The BlackBerry PlayBook

A few months ago I posted an article on AnythingGeek.net "Why I Ditched my Android Tablet and went to PlayBook". It quickly became one of the site's most controversial posts but I stand by my comments. This video will give you an example of why I love my BlackBerry PlayBook, but be sure to check out the full review in the link above as well as watching the video below!

Skyrim Dawnguard Trailer Released

Today marks the day of the new trailer depicting the upcoming DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.  It shows off what we have previously thought the DLC to entail, vampires & crossbows, among other things. This trailer shows off what the overall plot entails as well as some nice new features: Skeletal mounts, swimming dragons, and new vampire forms add up to a DLC that looks good for the amount of content. No word on price or date, but we might learn some more during E3 next week - so stay tuned for all fo our coverage!

New Teaser for Skyfall

If your one of those James Bond fanatics then you should definitely check out the new teaser for the latest film in the series, Skyfall. For those of you unaware Skyfall premeires in London on October 26th. It will be the 23rd installment and just like the last two will star Daniel Craig as the lead. Unlike the last two installments this will feature Javier Bardem as the antagonist, which as we've seen in films like No Country for Old Men he does well.

Pokémon Black 2 White 2: Animated Promo

Yesterday we saw the release of the following trailer that showed off some of what we can expect from the upcoming Black 2 & White 2 games regarding the return of some of the characters we know and love from Black and White. Also below is a rough translation of what is being said.

Pokemon Black & White 2 Animated Promo by IamDGK

N: “You path to capture pokemon, what kind shall it be?”
Rival: “Alright! Let’s go get our pokemon!”
Black2: “Yeah!”
Black2?: “You are…?”
Belle: “Uwa! Thank goodness you came!”
Belle: “Tada~! Inside here are the pokemon that will become your partners!”
Achroma: “So that’s what Plasma said. That people and pokemon should be separated. I, however, do not think so.”
Kamitsure: “Welcome to the stage. Between my precious pokemon and yours… which will shine stronger? So from now, let’s start!”
Plasma: “Ufufufu, I’ll applaud you for getting here. But, I think we’re in no need for your company.”
Rival: “I’ll say this now. I’m gonna rage from now on!!”
Cheren: “Tch, these guys are real trouble makers.”
Rival: “From here, lend me your strength.”
Black2: “OK!”
Plasma: “Habunake, Bite!”
Black2: “Windie, [i have no idea sorry]”
Rival: “Daikenki, ice beam!”
Black2: “Wait up! Lucario, Aura Sphere!”
Trinity: “What way will you reach your goal?”
Black2: “Tch…”

This promo was really well made, I only wish that the regular anime could be as good. The character redesigns are really well done including Elesa's and Cheren's new designs. The return of Team Plasma and the Shadow Triad are very nice and it would seem that they have a newer mission statement now with a more villainous feel to them. This just gets us even more excited for the latest installment in the Pokémon franchise. Hopefully it will deliver an engaging experience that is on par with the first Black and White in regards to plot - possibly even more so.

Earlier this week a trailer for Rayman Legends, an upcoming game for the Wii U was leaked. Not much info is known about this game but the video does show us some more real gameplay of the Wii U that before this had been quite sparse. Ubisoft has denied this being a public trailer but instead as a video for internal use. In the video it shows people with 4 Wii U controllers playing, objects being placed on the controller and lots more interesting features. Check out the video below:

Crysis 3 Gameplay Trailer

Yesterday Crytek released the first trailer for the recently announced Crysis 3. We previously covered the story that the box art was leaked through Origin here. Now, we have the first official trailer. Here is the video below:

It seems to me this game is like a "Crysis 2.5". I personally think it should just get out of New York and stick to Jungle like the first game. This game will also be the first to use CryEngine 3. Are you excited for Crysis 3?

Play Zelda Skyward Sword on Xbox 360 Controller (Video)

In this video YouTube user Quetzalqoatl99 shows him playing Skyward Sword with an Xbox 360 Controller. To play like this he is using Dolphin, a program that lets you emulate Wii and GameCube games on your PC giving HD quality.

The uploader was nice enough to provide a profile that you can load into Dolphin so you don't have to go through the process of mapping all of the buttons. Unfortunately, he wasn't nice enough to leave embedding enabled...but that's easy enough to get around. We all look forward to the Nintendo Wii U when Zelda games will look even better.

Pokémon Black 2 White 2: Gameplay Trailer

Adding on to our coverage of the upcoming Pokemon Black 2 & White 2 games for the Nintendo DS, we are excited to report that the Japanese gameplay trailer has now been released. It was to be expected, considering Japanese pre-orders have now started. Today we at AnythingGeek bring you the first gameplay trailer of this great, upcoming game as well as some analysis. First, check out the video below:
Overall I think this video does a great job at presenting the information that Game Freak wants to. It definitely focuses on the inclusion of Black and White Kyurem as this is most likely a large part of the storyline. We also see more on how Pokémon from other regions are included. Eevee in the wild will be really nice as seen at 1:13, I know it has been done in the past but that was severely limited. Something of interest is that at 0:40 there seems to be a new villain team. No information is known about this group so it is best not to speculate right now.

It seems there will be some sort of movie feature, while it is unknown what it will entail I could speculate it would be somewhat like Pokémon contests. This feature most likely was inspired from Luke in the anime show. While this is pure speculation on my part, it does seem that at 1:02 there are older versions of both Cheren and Bianca. While blurry it does look like modified versions of their outfits. Also they don't look to be random NPCs since they enter the area just after the player character does. Lastly, near the end of the video there is a look at the upcoming movie Kyurem VS The Sacred Swordsman Keldeo and the Keldo promotion that will happen along with this game.

I have high hopes for this game and it really sounds great so far. Could there be even more Pokémon news coming out in the coming weeks? Stay tuned to our Twitter for updates!

RUIN

Hey there everyone, Atzunew here to share this wonderful video I just had the pleasure of watching. This video really proves what can be accomplished with a dedicated group of people and a great idea. Watch below to be wowed. Make sure to watch in 1080p!
This video was made by Oddball Animation as an ongoing project. When I was watching this video I was reminded of the setting of Dark Potential (a new wargame that I talked about last week). This is essentially what the men and women at Miniwargaming had envisioned that their post-apocalyptic universe would be like.  The lighting, animation and their attention to detail is wonderful. I really hope to see more from this group as their work is top notch - and possibly even a full length feature.

A Montage Like No Other! - Battlefield 3

Hey there everyone, you probably think that if you've seen one montage you have seen them all. I just found this great video and all I can say is: prepare to be proven wrong.
Pretty awesome right.  Instead of the regular low quality, dub-step filled clips this video shows some really great techniques on how to successfully make a video look great. The content of hardcore Battlefield 3 gameplay is quite fun to watch with all the overlays and effects. The only small gripe I have is sometimes there are points were there seems to be a bit to much special effects, but these sections are few and far between. I for one hope that iDuel2010 keeps up the great work!

Pokemon Movie 15 - Kyurem VS The Sacred Swordsman: Keldeo

Hey there fans, Atzunew here with some news about the next Pokémon movie. With a wealth of quality videos, the 15th movie adds to a long line of successes. Each and every film has been used to feature legendary Pokémon as well as help introduce new ones to the series.

With the release of the latest CoroCoro magazine we now have a deeper understanding about some details about the movie. The English title was previously unknown, but since this release we now know it to be Kyurem VS The Sacred Swordsman: Keldeo. There was also a rumor that Keldeo was not to star in this film since he is not seen as an "official" member of the Musketeers - the title proves this rumor wrong. No plot is know yet but pictures seem to portray Kyurem as the antagonist with the Musketeers and Keldeo opposing it.

Kyurem VS The Sacred Swordsman: Keldeo will premiere on July 2012 in Japan. A North American and European date have not been announced but it is my belief that they will come out mid-2013 or early 2014. Till next time everyone, enjoy your stay and love your life.
