Yesterday on the Japanese Nintendo Direct it was announced that New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the 3DS Will be coming out in August 2012. Here are some pictures and a video from the show:
The original New Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo DS sold 25 million units, and the Wii version also sold quite well. Given Nintendo's prevous success with the franchise we can expect a great game, and millions of copies sold.
