Hey readers, Atzunew here coming with some shocking news. We thought this year's E3 was to hold Nintendo's secrets regarding the price or even the release date of their upcoming console. Well during an investor meeting Nintendo's Global President, Satoru Iwata said that the company is not planning to launch such details at this years E3.
He reminded investors that Nintendo still plans on launching the Wii U in Japan, North America, Europe and Australia later this year. In the past Nintendo seemed to do something similar with the 3DS launch, something that was not that great. Many consumers looked forward to an announcement like this to know if they wanted to invest in this new console or not as well as how much quid they would need to put down at launch. Maybe Nintendo intends to show off its software and hardware capabilities and then set a price by reaction. Hopefully this console will be affordable for a regular consumer and still deliver what gamers want.
