Hey there everyone, Atzunew here with a short update on the upcoming game Assassin's Creed 3. Ubisoft has recently released new information about the game though a trailer. You can watch the trailer at the end of this post.
As we can see our assassin taking on some British soldiers in the middle of the woods at night time. This game is definitely taking advantage of the american landscape and frontier, making it really stand apart from its predecessors. My earlier prediction of a pole-like weapon was incorrect as we can see that it clearly is a bow.
Ubisoft has also given consumers some information about the game from comments made by the company. They have said that this game will be using a new game engine, the “Ubisoft-AnvilNext”. This new engine is supposed to deliver better graphics, sharper animations and a more daunting enemy AI. According to the company this game will release on October 30th and pre-orders are now up. We will look towards GDC for any news on this highly anticipated game.
